The breakfast offered a wide range of fresh and tasty dishes to choose from, including delicious Turkish coffee. The staff was professional, easy to communicate with and happy to provide helpful advice for our stay in the area. the location was excellent, situated in a green and relaxing area not far from the park with fountains and waterfalls.
It was not entirely clear that having a visitor in the room would result in an additional fee, which was somewhat frustrating. the experience was positive with some room for improvement in terms of cost transparency.

The staff was incredibly friendly and supportive. Excellent location, close to the city and amazing natural attractions. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious dishes. The staff even surprised my husband with a cake on his birthday. Truly exceptional hospitality!
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Celebrating the new year in this hotel was amazing! the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious dishes, including fresh and tasty vegetables and salads. the location was very convenient, only 20 minutes away from the city center, and close to beautiful waterfalls and parks.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the location – close to the park with fountains and waterfalls, and just a short drive to the city center. The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh cheese, vegetables, and salads. The staff were always helpful, professional, and made us feel at home. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch.

The location of the hotel was great. It was near a park with fountains and waterfalls, and Harbiye was only a short journey away. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot and cold dishes, including fresh salads and cheeses. the staff were very helpful and even provided a cake for a guest's birthday. the rooms had all the necessary facilities, including a well-equipped bathroom.
The rooms were not very spacious, which was a downside.
